CERTIFICATIONS

THE VAL DI LAMA farm has always placed great importance on quality, not only of its products but also the entire production process behind the creation of these products. For this reason, it requested and has obtained the much coveted official title of "organic farm".

The substantial difference between organic and conventional agriculture lies in the level of products of chemical synthesis introduced in the agrosystem: conventional agriculture uses a considerable quantity of laboratory-produced fertilisers and plant-protection products, in other words created from industrial processes (chemical, mining, mechanical etc.); organic agriculture, on the other hand, is based on the respect for the agrosystem and the environment.

Our farm was also the first to adhere to the project for the "identification of product origin" project, named VTQR, which aims to show consumers the real area in which the product purchased has been made.  

To use this function, simply bring a smartphone or tablet with the QR CODE software installed close to the label on the lower part of the bottle. When this code is recognised, the device will be connected to the link and the consumer can see a 360° view of the production area.
