TASTING

Inside its own oil-press building, the VAL DI LAMA farm has a series of rooms that are dedicated to the history of olive oil, but are mostly used for tasting sessions of oil and other products.

Inside the tastefully furnished structure, it is possible to take a walk back in time through the history of olive oil from ancient times to the present day. Many school groups visit our farm on education visits, to learn how olive oil is produced and to study its links with the surrounding area.

The structure also houses a special area set up for the tasting of oil and other products. The farm occasionally organises events that are open to the public and dedicated to the culture of olive oil.
